Description
Gil-Galad was one of the few who knew the power of lady Ithiliel's - apparently harmless - ring of cure, and, believing in the need to reinforce security, he sent some of his best soldiers to Rivendell in order to strengthen the security of the company that would follow with the daughters of Enerdhil. This small host was led by Erúadan Thalion, an experienced captain known for great deeds in battles.
By assisting an elf struggling alone against a small group of orcs, they discovered that their help arrived too late; the small company, which had already left Rivendell days before, had suffered a terrible attack of orcs.
The group split, beginning to search for the elf maiden.
Erúadan walked aware of any sign on the branches and he often crouched to examine closely any possible trace in the earth or vegetation left by Ithiliel or her mount. After a while, the sound of horse-hooves tapping sofly on the earth echoed near the elf and made him turn toward the direction of the noise. Then a horse came through the trees and that immediately filled him with renewed hope for, as the surviving elf described, that could only be lady Ithiliel's horse. He was on the right track!
The elf approached the animal and stroked his muzzle. "Where is your lady, mellon nîn?" He inquired quietly as if he expected an answer.
He walked a little more, searching with his elf eyes all the woods around and for a moment saw nothing but rocks and trees until he finally spotted a fallen, motionless figure at some distance.
(...)
Note: The company was attacked and Ithiliel, Nallor and Daelon (seriously injured) were the only survivors. Sílael was kidnapped.
The elf I mentioned above fighting with orcs is Nallor.
Thanks for looking!
Sorry for any english mistake. XD

A bit too dark... maybe a bit of post work will solve the less seen areas by making a few strokes to bring out the pict?

Hmm, looks fine for me here. Some parts were much darker before the postwork and I corrected it, but I didn´t want to light it too much because after all it's night and they're in the middle of the woods. I like to do night scenes because it allows me to "play" more with the lights (if there is a lantern or magic going on, for example), but it's tricky to reach a tone that is dark but clear enough that everyone can see.

Lots of rendering
Yay! New stuff!!!
As soon as possible, I'll translate the first post. Some are too long to translate, but in those cases I'll post little excerpts like this one with some additional explanation. ^^
And thank you very much, Glen!!
PS: No need to apologize. ^^
Edited: lol I think I got confused. I thought it was you who was doing several new scenes? But now I think you were referring to the message center. hehe

Nope, you were correct. I've been working on this damned scene all week, but today I'm taking a break from Daz. It's been rendering, re-rendering, additional renders, fixes, starting over, blah blah blah. It's just a bunch of blasted gargoyles, but I had to compromise since my computer just couldn't handle the original concept.

Great picture once again, and I am curious of what will happen next in the story.

Interesting.
Yes, giving to Sauron what he want is not a good idea indeed.
Hope they'll find a way to save her sister (but I suppose they will).
