Har har it sucks that Americans/Canadians/whoever speaks English still can't watch those OVAs in English. But then again if I didn't understand Japanese I would be pretty pissed too. I dunno, I never mind the voices.
But the inflections sound wrong to me. I'm not sure if you would notice the difference, but the Japanese put emphasis on their words in a different way, and to me it sounds off.

If the dub is good, like Funi's later stuff, NOT EARLY DBZ BECAUSE THEY WERE DUBBING WITH A TOASTER AT THAT TIME, then I totally go for dubs.
Some of the stuff I've seen later for DB Kai seemed pretty sweet. Like, they could actually act.
There's one thing I can't stand though is that noise characters make in pain in Japanese(or at least DBZ). That "KKKHHH!" noise. ARGH IS THAT THE NOISE PEOPLE MAKE IN PAIN?!
I think the closest english use for that noise is stuttering the letter K.

Hahaha I don't even know. All I am going to say is that I would rather watch anime in Japanese just like I would rather watch the Simpsons and South Park in English. Original is always the best. Even when I'm watching a Spanish movie I would rather watch it in Spanish. But then again I graduated from an International high school so I'm full of diverse bullshit like that.
And I don't get bothered by the "KKKHHH" noise because I'm too used to it. I like it actually lol.

And hey, at least the dvds they sell at Walmart in North America aren't that expensive.
