Well to start off. Her nose is rather big, burly and thus manly.
Her arms and especially her biceps are rather big. Masculine body's is more something for men.
The masculinity also goes for her chest. It't rather thick and a big torso is more common in men. If the chest was bigger because of the breasts it would compensate but her character doesn't really have that so I understand why you kept them so small.

I see your point about the shoulders and arms. I like muscular arms so I tend to draw them that way haha. Oddly tho, this is the smallest nose I've seen anyone ever draw on Pearl. She's got quite the beak.

Really? Maybe if you made the lines of her nose thinner so that it looks less big? Now it stands out quite a big making it look big (even if you feel like it isn't).
