she's actually based from a friend of mine :3! she's so sweet
and i did a different dress on her to make it more unique >v<
gosh i luv this kind of dress, i was suppose to buy one when i went to cinco de mayo festival in our area but i ran out of money becoz of food

btw, the flower on her hair is called Dahlia which is the national flower of Mexico
i hope i did justice on her >.<
