I sculpted a base from celluclay and made a plastercloth mold. I don't use the method anymore, but I do have a tutorial for how I did it on another costume I made: [link]

I love your suits they always look so beautiful. I am currently working on my own that is adorned with a rather large set of horns. I really like the method in which you created yours ( I saw your tutorial) The only real question I have is what is the exact type/name of the latex you use and where can I get it as well as the mod podge? I'm all the way up to the cord wrapping but I can't seem to find the latex. I asked a clerk at hobby lobby but they just looked at me like "Huh?"

Mod podge you can get at any craft store in the glue section. It's a type of white glue.
The latex I use is rubber latex. I get mine at my local plastics store. If you don't have an industrial plastics store, try looking for a hobby shop that has costume make-up and halloween costumes and such, rubber latex is often used in Mask making. You can also try Mold builder (common in most craft stores) it's a type of rubber latex, but often a little more expensive.
When in doubt, you can get it online at Monster Makers.
Hope that helps!

The horns were made from a cardboard base, that was then coated with plaster cloth. The horns were then wrapped in rope to get the ridge details. They were then coated in several layers of Mod Podge to smooth out the bumps. A few layers of latex mixed with grey paint were added, then once dry they were dry brushed with white paint. Lastly the horns were then coated with a clear coat sealant.
