Basically this started out as a colored pencil test, haha. Then... My newly reignited love for Cyborg 009 and anime in general decided that it would be fan art.I've been playing with some semi-realism lately, so sorry if I made him kind of wield looking. TT-TT I plan to do a more-stylized tribute later.
Prismacolor colored pencils on blue paper + Photoshop for a little touch up.
