Well first i thought. i could do something nearly as what you do so.But when it came to practical i had to spend days and weeks on one piece but the attempt was failure.So i guess no one can do what you do sir.You are unique

I've probably just spent a bit longer doing it. Everything is really only 2% inspiration and 98% perspiration. Lots of practice improves everything really.
I think everyone has a good 1000 or more crappy drawings in them before they hit the really good stuff...not even sure if I'm there yet!

You have already made a mark and earned your spot in comic book industry . It is really a great surprise to hear that you are still striving give your best.It is something that every one should learn from you.

dude i LOVE your colours and textures you get in your pieces, haha funny story when i was studying art in college (blissfully unaware of the mighty power of photoshop, having never used it) i tried constantly to get the same sort of texture of the back grounds with traditional materials, never did it... haha
it took a lot of arguing with the teacher to finally be allowed to study your style in my studies

All the textures I use are actually just scans of real world stuff I've done or photos of concrete, sand or whatever.
You can do a lot with paint, trust me!
