Description
The final members of the 'Chain Gang' don't transform, being able to utilize their super abilities at all times. Dr. Ivan can shoot a sticky line with very high tensile strength out of his hands, and also somehow projects a feeling of horror into those around him when he wishes. Vincent controls others and bends their will to his own for a time. And of course Xander is the only member of the team with no super abilities at all, instead relying upon his genius intellect, power armor of his own design, and tricked out weaponry for any occasion to see him through.
