Description This is one of the perspectives from the final project in my Studio One Class.

We had to design a loft space in an old brick building in Buffalo, NY. My concept for the project was Simple and Classic. I designed the loft with a classic loft style by exposing the interior walls to the original brick, keeping the ceiling open and left the piping and the wood slates exposed, keeping the original wood in the interior of the space ie. the original staircases, the original butlers cabinet, as well as the original floor (painted black).

The pic above is a perspective of the master bedroom in my loft design. The french doors pictured above open to the study. They are constructed of wood, painted white, and framed in copper (copper was used throughout the loft). The wall that the bed is against is the exterior original red brick of the building. The wall that the french door is attached to is an added brown brick wall that only goes 3/4's of the way up. All the builtin's are crafted of wood painted white.

Graphite and watercolor on watercolor paper.

I know a little bit about perspective drawings. From what I can see this is really well done! The bed seems really minimalist... almost elegant Japanese.
