I don't really like how this turned out... I like the linework I did, but the CG... uck.The background totally sucks, I can't make a proper one to save my life. My idea was to potray the girl as a pure being, surrounded by an evil aura that's controling her (with the ribbons and all), but eek it looks bad. I might consider redoing this CG in the future.
Anyway, this CG was meant to be tradeart with a friend of mine, Beth-san. I do really hope she likes it...

To me, the fact that she's in white while the rest of the pic is in darker colors and reds seems like it could also be tempation trying to tempt her. As much as she would like to remain free of it, it is a part of her everyday life and she will never be able to truly escape it's influence. ^.^
Yah....I'm done now. Very nice pic. Andm y CG skills are absolutely nonexistant, but this looks really good to me!

Woohoo!! Pretty work! Yes, the lines are gorgeous! And the ribbons, whoa. You really used real perspective on this cos I can see the the ribbons closer to the front are blurred ^^ Smart. I have to remember that.

The concept is great! I really like what you're doing here.. but the ribbons look like they are on her gently you know? Make them squeeze her...like so you can see they are stretching themselves deep...make creases in the clothes and skin...make the ribbons look alive...the cg on the ribbons is great..I like the feeling of movement as the ribbons come forward. and if the aura is controlling her with ribbons..it might be a good idea to put her in an uncomfortable position..or something..like her other arm raised all weird like..but I dunno why I'm rambling so much.....check out my gallery and see if I can make insane comments to you like this*L*..good coloring...I suck at backgrounds so I wouldn't know what to say about yours..it's fine ot me*L*
