Yeah, I have to agree. She is suppose to gain power by sucking blood, so it would make sense if her outfit was a bit more revealing than other females.

that doesn't make much sense to me truthfully. At the end of the day its down to the characters personalty on what they wear, like any person in real life. Say I think it makes sense to give kitana more clothes, being a warrior princess she has to present herself in an appropriate fashion whilst dressing appropriately for battle, and look somewhat like a princess, which I don't think she did in mk11.
Mileena uses her body to get what she wants not just in battle but to manipulate others, so she would wear less clothing to expose herself, but that can be done subtly, with cleavage showing, some thigh showing-it doesn't have to be completely obvious like in mk9.
Skarlet is more ninja than mileena or kitana, and I say, for that reason, makes sense for her body cover, but it isnt styled enough to her personality, I'm sure she'd have a clevage showing, and I'm sure she has a customization option of that in mk11, could be wrong.

I agree with everything you said, another example is that in her MK9 fatalities she poured the blood of her enemies mainly on her face, so by that logic she shouldnΒ΄t be wearing a mask, but her mask goes well with her personality, sheΒ΄s mysterious, sheΒ΄s a ninja character.
Personally I donΒ΄t like her default outfit in MK11 (at least not for her, maybe for a new character), but I do like some of her outfit options in costumization.
