Description
This is Sirius Shine, the 'fanmare' of Equestria and the pony I use to represent me.
Her CM is a white shooting star with a little heart in the middle. c: It's a bit blurred out here..
She can be loud sometimes, and quite quiet other times.

Here's a little background:

Sirius could never figure out how to fly as a filly. She was always put down for her incapability of flight, because everyone else in her class could fly or hover. By the time the flight test came up, Sirius still couldn't fly. She could hover, but only for a short period of time. She really wanted to pass that test, because there was a rumour going around that fillies who failed their test would be sent away. The night she heard the flight test was coming up soon, she saw a shooting star. Everypony said that if you wished upon a shooting star, it would come true. So she thought she'd give it a shot.
'I wish I could fly..!'

Sirius was walking around Cloudsdale the day before her test, when she saw a lone male pony fly by.
Whenever she saw somefilly her age flying ahead, she would sigh and turn the other way. But she was really attracted to that pony somehow. She was like that sometimes, but she didn't know why. So she decided to follow him.
'Oh.. Oh wait!!' she called. 'W-Wait up, guy!'
He heard her, but kept zooming ahead. Seems like he didn't want to stop and talk.
'Waiiiit!' Sirius called louder, still trying to run fast enough to catch up. But it was too late, he got away.
'Aw, no..' she said sadly. 'I wanted to ask him if he was..' She stopped and shook her head. 'Never mind. I have the flight test to worry about, not this!' She turned on her hoof and walked away.

It was the day of the Test. Sirius was extremely nervous. She was sure to fail, as she STILL couldn't fly yet. She was No. 25; in other words, up next after No. 24.

She didn't want to watch any filly pass their test, but just this once, she went to see how 24 did. To her surprise, No. 24 was the same pony she was strangely attracted to that one time.
The desire to get to him was still strong. No wonder everyone called her stubborn.
Sirius got up, and, without letting 24 finish his test and without permission, got up and dashed to the stage.

'GUY!' she cried. Everyone (including 24, who was still doing his test) turned and stared at her. 'WAIT. UUUP!'
'Hell no..' he muttered under his breath.

Sirius unfolded her wings, focused on 24, and began to hover upwards.
Trying to mimic what she had seen other ponies do beforehand, she attempted to move forward.

It was very difficult, but she moved forward and was lasting much longer than before.

I have to move faster if I want to get to him, but this is putting strain on my wings.. she thought. I need to loosen up to go faster!!

Giving her all, she flapped her wings as fast and as loosely as she could, and to her delight, she actually flew. Not hovered like she always did, but actually flew.

'Uh, the hell..!?' was all 24 could muster before he took off again, and away from Sirius.
Unfortunately, she was hot on his tail. She was determined to get to him, and he didn't even know her.

Everypony watched Sirius chase after 24. The judges were in shock. What is that pony doing?!

24 was tiring out, and fed up of being tailed by some mare he didn't and would not rather know. He decided to head back to the waiting room for the fillies yet to do their tests. He also decided to mess with his stalker by stopping and waiting for her to reach him, then zooming past her. Fortunately for him, he made it.

But Sirius was stopped by the judges.
Oh no! She got carried away, and chased a stranger during his test. She was sure she was going to automatically be marked down as a failure, so she told them everything, and also said to fail her for her wrong doing.

However, they didn't do that. Instead, they had passed her for her determination and how fast she flew on her very first flight.

Years later, she is still chasing that poor pony.

..It was supposed to be her background, but instead I turned it into a fail story. I realised I spent 45 minutes typing that out as well.
