Aaah i've been dying to do a disney cosplay forever, and atlantis is one of my all time favorite movies! so it was just meant to be. this costume was surprisingly comfortable (but very cold) and not TOO difficult to make. I really enjoyed it - even if I did get told to either change or leave only 5 minutes in to the convention. Pffft.Related content

You've got the self confidence to do what I haven't been able to do (yet), wear a very revealing (but tasteful) costume to a con. You look absolutely amazing in it! And I can't believe they told you to leave. Dullards!

The journal was actually made by the Milo, he made it out of craft foam and a pre-bought blank journal.

except the fact that this is really great and i just love kida as a character and that you did her really good justice, the book prop looks brilliant too!

Come to Dragon*Con, guaranteed you won't be treated so rudely as to be told 'change or leave'... Nice costume, try Atlanta next time and you won't be disappointed.

I'd say I have one but that could be taken very much the wrong way. I know some folks who come in from Australia and some from Germany & Austria... can be done with proper prep work.

Kida is one cool princess/queen. I love the costume, you should have been allowed to wear it. It was in a Disney film after all.

Last Convention I went to, had a chick with a vagina length skirt "dressed up" as a fairy handing out flyers and cards for her porn site, but I could see where they had to draw the line with you.
