This is beautiful, no doubt. The coloring and texture is perfect, and the detail with the clothing is amazing! As a fan of steampunk and hetalia, i could tell you how happy i was when I saw this, absolutely beautiful. If I can try, I defiantly want to make this into a cosplay~

AWESOME. The coloring is glorious, particularly with that lovely green tint (green is definitely Alana's favorite color, not to mention she looks rather good in it). It's interesting to see Gilbert wearing russet red; I always like seeing him in dark blue or black and I think he favors those colors too.

Gilbert: You said that it would only be FIVE MINUTES.
Alana: Time is a human construct, Beilschmidt.
Gilbert: Then why in hell did you even bother saying FIVE MINUTES?!
Alana: Serves you right for demanding a time. And get that hand away from my bustle, you brute.

On that note, I'm seriously thinking of sending you a packet of menthol patches. They're somewhat stop-gap measures but I find that they tend to work quickly and more thoroughly than other topical analgesics. They just make you smell a little funny for a while...

Thank youu! I think this honestly the best thing I've ever done in terms of colouring, I was going for the feel of an old photograph with it. Blues are definately his colour, reds work really well too though, with someone as pale as Prussia it's fun to throw almost any colour against that XD

hvgduhfgdis kahahaha. Frustrating Gilbert, Alana's favourite sport. in opposition to his enjoyment of annoying her XD He just wants a little groping compensation.

I don't think I've ever seen those, they sound good though. Using a tablet is proving a bit more strenuous on my hand than markers, haha...

Apothecary!Yao... I can definately see that XDD They go into his shop and he is constantly "Don't touch that!" at Gilbert.

I would have thought it would have to be a very careful shade of red, otherwise he looks apoplectic. I'm also quite glad you were restrained in the sepia. There's the whole "Steampunk: when Goths find brown" thing and all. >P

It's not even a sport for her. Sniping at him is almost as easy as breathing; when she doesn't insult him, something is very wrong indeed.

They saved me a lot of pain when I did martial arts. While you can't use them to treat anything, they're good for pain and just getting you through a spell.

Don't give me anymore plot bunnies, woman!

Hahahaha, that's true XD It was an interesting challenge to do, really enjoyable. I'm going to have to try more like this, limiting myself to certain palettes.

Or play with saturation? I've done my share of messing with sepia, though that was with photographs.
