Some Shadow Hearts Fan art, meaning most people don't get this at all...So a short explanation:In the very beginning of the game, Yuri (the guy) gets his arm chopped of, he then calmly puts it back on. Obviously he's been dismembered before. How else would he know that his arm will reattach if it gets cut off?
So I got to thinking, he doesnβt much care where he puts his hands dose he? and he is easily distracted... and he has to eat...he's poor s he can't afford to eat out all the time. And they're camping out all the time. He must be a horrible cook. not that the food he makes tastes bad...but he must chop his own fingers off all the time. Theyβre out in the middle of no where with monsters all over the place. Seeing as he doesn't care what happens to his fingers while cooking he must have no problem looking up while chopping food.
Oh and since I sized the picture down it's kinda hard to tell, but he's putting his finger back on. I also had lots of fun with the blood...

That's what I like so much about the series and Yuri. I mean, to take a horror approach, but not like Silent Hill or RE, but to make it into a kinda joke. Where yeah it's scary, but listing to Yuri complain about it lightens to mood.

And it wasn't a random battle hore o.O I hardly remember the random battles in SH because well, they were every so often. SH3 though...talk about random battle hore. I'd get jumped every 5 steps. WTF? It's shorter the SH, so why all the Random Battles? It's gotten so tedious I'm running away all the time now...

Yeah, You know...for a while I was wishing they'd redo Shadow Hearts because the graphics were crap...But I relised they'd have to make it look like Shadow Hearts 2, I mean....They wouldn't keep the Classic feel so I changed my mind.

Yeah, I'm happy with it the way it is. I still long for a version with the good ending... but eh. That I believe will be forever up to our own little happy houses and fandom.

Since I thought Yuri wasn't in the second one at first, my brothers and friends who loved the SH thought that he and Alice would have a cameo like Koudelka did in SH. Kind of like, an important person, but not who the story was about.
