My new Angel-Senshi Sailor Jehudiel for

I wanted a second female so here she is.

Jehudiel is an archangel who rules the movements of the celestial spheres. I have to figure out more things about her soon

As civilian on earth she pretends to be from Japan.

Jehudiel was once created to be hidden in the highest tower of Celestial Secret as a kind of secret weapon. She owns great magic skills and has the ability to control everything in her world (except for the other angels of course). She's able to influence the events on Celestial Secret but the highest angels always wanted to let their world grown on its' own, not with the help of someone who might be able to protect it from everything bad.
A hint for her being created and not given birth by a real mother are her elven ears.
Jehudiels powers were extremly huge so she had influences on Celestial Secret even with being locked away. So the highest angels decided to banish her from their world.
Jehudiel was still a child when they did it. They locked her powers and her wings away in a ball of light and hid it somewhere in Celestial Secret before they banished Jehudiel.
The angel ended in Japan where she took over the identity of a recently deceased girl at her age.
Her name now was Tenno Kogo - the heavenly empress.

But every angel who was born or created at Celestial Secret stopped aging at 17 years so when people began to doubt that Kogo was still 17 years old she moved away from her home.
She traveled around the earth often, had seen it a few times because she was not able to stay that long at a certain place.
Her current residence is Boston where she has the identity of a college student.
Kogo hides her pointed ears with the little magic that remained in her body since she's on earth. They only appears when she transforms into Sailor Jehudiel.
She's at University together with Baram (Hadriel) and they get along well.

About her Soulmate creature: She hasn't found hers yet since her powers had been locked away by the highest angels. They thought Jehudiel would not be in the need of a Soulmate - she's doomed to be alone.
But they already knew, whenever she would found hers it would be a powerful one.
