[link]Hat is made to order! Allow 1-2 weeks to make. Please take into consideration the other hats I'm making at the time, too.
The reason it's expensive is that this hat was very difficult to make. A lot of the pieces were embroidered and there are wires and quite a bit of hand stitching. The layers of fabric I had to sew through make it difficult for my machine.

The hat that sold in that listing went for $70.00 without shipping. I can sell it for cheaper without the tail. Without tail is $50. I am still taking commissioned orders, too, so I can definitely make it for you.I unfortunately can't give you my pattern for the hat. :c I'm sorry.

so u used wire to hold up the ears? did u also do that for tail?

Just the ears and the top fin. The tail is flat and the spines that are on that tail connect vertically in the seams to keep it from falling flat in the back. O: It remains unstuffed to keep it lightweight, as the rest of the hat is already fabric intense.

I took a lot of time to design the pattern and made a prototype. I then took my sewing machine with the pattern I made from the prototype and made it into what you see above. There are parts of the hat where it gets very thick and I have to use hand sewing instead, like where the tail is.
