Katrina Van Tassel, from the 1999 Tim Burton version of "Sleepy Hollow".
When I watched this film a couple of weeks ago I couldn't believe I'd never drawn a fanart of the above-mentioned mademoiselle. She hides her romance novel under the cushion but then a moment later gives a complete stranger a spell book as if that's a perfectly natural gesture in 1799 rural America. She draws pentacles for protection and is obviously compared to Ichabod's mother: "an innocent, a child of nature" - the polar opposite of the religious "Bible black tyrant" who kills said mother. Plus she looks hella cool and is played by none other than deadpan snarker Christina Ricci. What's not to love about her? Katrina's awesome and Sleepy Hollow is awesome and I can't believe I forgot all of this cool stuff about her!
