Hmm... I wonder. Does this outfit suit any of the 2 Halloween contests I plan entering? The outfit is original, I made it up. That's why I'm asking.The contests I want to enter are 's and 's. So I'd really love it if Ra and the owner of the AKi club could tell me if this is appropriate for their contests, before I start coloring it. If it isn't ok, I can edit it to suit one contest, and draw another entry for the other contest.

With or without colour, I love her. My favourite character is Mai from the original Yu Gi Oh but this one is very attractive. I wish both were main characters. Maybe I'll draw her too sometime.~you're from Bosnia & Herzegovina? I'm from Portugal. But the only slavic language I'm learning is Russian. I don't know if you speak Russian, but if you do, Aki otchen krasivaya. I krasiviy risunok.
I can speak in German if you want, too. i'm learning it as well and I heard it's widely learnt in the Balkans.

Danke fΓΌr den Fav! I speak German fluently, but mostly thanks to watching German TV. As for Russian, I don't know it well. I can understand some words though. Older folks in Bosnia speak Russian better. (I assume krasivaya means something like "beautiful")

Uhh... at first I didn't plan her to be dressed as someone/something else, but then... you know that girl from the fairy tales? Her name has something to do with "thorn" and/or "rose", I think. The outfit turned out to be fitting to that fairy tale girl.

You know I've never liked Aki that much, partially because I think a lot of yugioh 5D is just plain bizarre, but mostly because I'm convinced the concept of her is based off the Kageyama sisters from season zero, and I think they should have put the Hecates in her deck.
All that strange reasoning aside, this has got to be the coolest thing I've seen here today. It is so awesome on so many unexplainable levels.

From yugioh season zero. They were triplet sisters who went to a school called black rose academy, had this bizarre blueish purple hair, were witches, and have a lot in common with Aki in general. Most notably the witch/physic duelist thing, the color scheme, and the black rose references.
The hecates are a series of cards. hecate is a godness of witchcraft and crossroads.
Violet hecate
Red hecate
Yellow hecate
and if you summon them all you can combined them into Gorgon.

I think it's a coincidence. The names of booster packs always have vague meanings. I think they picked the name simply because it sounded cool.

she's not really cynical or bad for that matter like the sisters were portrayed, she's actually more like a lost child who was scared of the world

Thats because she's a main character and they were one shot villains. Since when has Yugioh's minor characters been fleshed out? I think it's pretty telling though, it's too many similaritie. for Aki to not be inspired by them. Perhaps the writers were watching the season and decided that a witch would be a cool new protagonist for 5D?

'witch' is actually a cruel nickname that society has given her, she only posses the power to summon duel monsters to physical forms
since she had emotional problems, she was unable to handle their power and created chaos, which resulted in others getting hurt, thus earning her the title "The Black Rose Witch"
yet, maybe the writers did get inspired by season zero but they didn't really mimic her to be exactly like the sisters
it's hard to be truly original nowadays, almost everything was and is inspired by something

Aki is considered a Physic Duelist, which means there might have been others but so far, she's the only one that has been shown

Well of course Aki considers herself a Physic Duelist, people have been insulting her by calling her a witch. It's more or less the political correct term.

Divine...well...not much was said about him, he died before more was said, or so we think
all we know is that he was an a-hole who used Aki and killed a boy who Aki thought she accidentally killed
if you would like, the character is called Mizuchi Saiou, you can look her up to see what i mean
Luna is something different, she's more connected to the duel monsters physically and she's kinda like their protector
she doesn't posses powers(with the exception of her being a Signer)
the only thing that's special about her is her ability to see and communicate with the spirits, this was done with two characters from GX too

So you're pretty much saying she doesn't posses magic powers except for the magic powers she has? If something isn't normal it's abnormal If you categorize physic duelist as only the things Aki does of course you're going to fall short of a large group.
