Gotta admit: this was a low effort artwork. I drew it just so I could get back on track with drawing. As some of you may know, I was on a major hiatus, not drawing anything for a while. The reason is: I'm working on myself. Training my body to get back in shape costs both money and time, and most of all, energy. Being mentally drained in addition, there was simply no energy left to do anything. Until today - today I can say that I have somewhat more time and energy than usual. Maybe the training is finally starting to pay off, who knows?

That aside, anyone got any tips on how to keep on drawing high effort artworks? I had done 3 of them last year with high effort, and I'm really happy with how they turned out. However, I don't feel like even starting a new project like that. Those artworks didn't push me any further in my career, and I'm not even sure if there was an improvement skill-wise. For example, seeing results with my training is a motivation to continue training. So seeing no results in recognition of my art - you guessed it, doesn't keep me motivated to draw.
