thank you Gloria I was so exhausted today I needed something to brighten me up so I thought I'd go to the park... I suppose Monday mornings can be turned around!

I was pretty exhausted too, by 7AM I NEEDED a nap. Now it's back to the bread baking..trying out a new recipe. Trying to replicate this German dark bread with walnuts I tasted.

It came out good, got the okay from everyone esp. my daughter that lived in Germany, but the texture was off to me. Even though I used rye/bread flower the glutton seemed a bit low.
AAH! Yes, the smell of freshly baked bread is just wonderful!
