The first thing I'd like to say about this image is that I know I got Kagura and Sakaki's height all wrong. I was trying to draw them at a different angle than I'm used to and it turned out looking like Kagura was taller. I take full responsibilty for this mistake, but if you still feel unsatisfied then feel free to hunt me and beat the everloving crap out of me because of it.The second thing is that my coloring job sucks. I have to mention this every time I post a colored picture because it's true, but I'll go ahead and lay more of the blame on my scanner to make myself feel better.

i have to disagree - about the colouring, anyways. its beautiful and soft, it definitely adds a feeling of warmth to the image. its wonderful! favlove!
don't worry about the height so much. maybe it can be symbollic of sakaki-san actually submitting?

Well, as far as coloring goes I really must say that you did the lighting awesome O_o. I mean... it LOOKS like it's done really well, and I always have a rough time deciding where to add shine ^.^~

In Azumanga Daioh, the hair shine is always the same way. It's like a luminescent aerobe (if you remember the 80s well enough to know what an aerobe is).
