Friends and I are starting up another Megaman X tabletop campaign. This time I'm not the GM, though, I get to be an ordinary player! So I made a support character for the group. A support character that punches robots.

Thundering Phoenix is a mortician. Specifically, a reploid mortician. The thing with reploids is that, as with all robots, they can be rebuilt and repaired--even outside of the mandatory boss fight rematches, Zero and X have shown that many times! Because of how complicated reploid systems are, however, post-mortem reconstruction and creation of spare bodies (sometimes colloquially referred to as "1-ups") is a task reserved for reploid morticians.

After the Maverick Hunters clear an area, many times a clean-up crew is dispatched for recovering the remains of terminated Mavericks, cleaning up the collateral damage, and recovering the bodies of unfortunate civilians that were caught in the crossfire. Thundering Phoenix picks up scrapped bodies and cores, analyzes their data to see what they remember before they died (for evidence's sake), checks for any viral infections or data corruptions, and then tries to rebuild them the best he can--any he can't, he salvages for use in future medical operations. He has rebuilt systems both civilian and combatant for all of his life, and with the hundreds of gigavolts of electricity stored in his body he is more than familiar with jumpstarting offline cores and bringing Reploids back into this world once more.

The helmet takes a lot of inspiration from Kamen Rider OOO's Tajador form. The feet are ripped wholesale from another person's reploid OC, but I can't find who it was now. Sorry! I spent like two hours trying to find it again...
