Description
In Finnish mythology and folklore, the Guardian of the Mountain (vuoren väki, vuorenhaltija) is summoned with spells to help the shamans in their endeavours.
In the mountain are there people,
is there help beneath the rock?
In the mountain there are people,

give, Mountain, of thy might,

to help a well-beloved man,
