if that did happen dont know there might be a possibility that due of the villian not linked to the legion like a normal legion does may cause unseen effects like daisuke might still have free will or something else

Even if she specifically turned him into a consort, that would still take away about 50% of the potential individuals "she" could impersonate- on account of all Legion having distinctly feminine characteristics that aren't easy to conceal, which is a waste of talent, seeing as he can do a darn good job already- it'd be better to try and find leverage on him is she needed someone with his talents, or recruit someone else.
