She's not my character but fanart of an OC, though I'll do my best to answer! The answer to all three is mostly yes. Think of it similarly to a mask, though it can't be removed, and while technically she has some skin and features on her face, a lot of things underneath the mask (just about everything above the mouth) are missing. Yes, that is a bra haha. This art is a bit older and wonkier but I'll revisit it sometime. Thanks for the fav! Glad you enjoy it.
