Okay, enough with the brooding dark pieces for now. I'm starting to feel better and it's about time, dammit! Just in time with spring right around the corner. I used my friend Amy for a reference model. She has a good personality, bubbly and fun, so what better prop than bubbles?Related content

I like the wings and the face and the background and the bubbles.

yeah, i know. i've meant to go back and fix it up a bit, but i just never have.

The face is very good, background and bubbles. Her right arm is off...a bit big, shoulder is way too high up compared to her left arm.
Also her right leg is doing the same thing.
I understand the difficulty in drawing the human(or humanoid) figure - I too have had issues with my feet and hands (well not my own but ones I have drawn.)
The key is to look at references, the more the better. Just look and sketch, sketch, sketch and oh...one other thing...sketch some more
(I hope you are not taking offense to my comments. I can remember when I started out I wish I had people making more constructive comments - it would have made me push harder to make my images better a hell of a lot sooner!!!)

no, i don't mind some honest critiscism. it helps me see what i need to work on more....yes, i realize some things are off as well, but that is more due to my biggest downfall of being too lazy to spend the time to fix it!

Thank you! She's a friend of mine. I used a picture she had up and just copied the face. The rest is imagination.
