Yeah, "majesty" pretty well describes it, and especially when the clouds are playing on the mountains!

Merci beaucoup!  (One ought to get at least one decent landscape shot out of the 200 one takes!)

Thanks, and you owe it to yourself to visit the Tetons sometime, my friend!  They are truly magnificent.  Have you ever been to the States?

Yes my friend I have visited your beautiful country 3 times once for pleasure I spent 2 weeks in Flordia started at  Miamia (I Think I have got that spelling wrong) went to the keys and made our way back up to Tampa was just so much to see and do and not enough time. The other 2 trips were to do with work the distribution company I was working for in the Uk decided to install an American distrubition system the company was based near Cleveland I was one of the people who was chosen to train other people on how to use this system. Mainly it was changing the American meaning to a UK meaning you know like we say pavement you say sidewalk. The people I went over with to the States with were lets say not interested in the American way of life but I made some good friends while I was there. I can say Proudly  I have watched the Cleveland Browns lose a few times and enjoyed cold beers and fresh cooked burgers in minus whatever, it was just cold. I have fond memories of my time in the States and I hope one day soon to return to your beautiful country.

Wow, I live near Cleveland--it's a small world, after all!  I'm delighted to know that you enjoyed your previous visits to the States.  And if you have watched the Cleveland Browns lose, that's about as much as any of their diehard fans can claim too.

About twenty five years ago I spent a week in Yorkshire and in the Lake District, and that was quite lovely.  But I didn't have my photographic passion in those days.  So someday I'll have to go back with my camera in hand.  And if you're ever in Cleveland again, you're most welcome to visit, and I'll take you to the best nearby birding spots.

The next time I am in your part of the world I give you a shout, I would like to see the places where you take your beautful and stunning photo's and also take in a Browns game as well. We get some Football coverage over here in the UK but the browns usually don't get talked about much other than they lost. The Browns fans are a loyal group of fans who have not had much to shout about but they are always there when a game is on. Good luck against the Jets tonight they are not having a brilliant season themselves. If you ever on my side of the pond and around the South of the country give me a shout and I show you some beautiful nature reserves we have here. Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year my friend.

At last I have a chance to respond with leisure.  Yes, there are several places near Cleveland that are great spots for bird photography, including Sandy Ridge and Magee Marsh.  Unfortunately, though, many of the other places I go are far from Cleveland (such as Florida and Wyoming), but we'll do what we can if and when you come!  And thanks for the invitation to visit your side of the world!
