Hey fellas!
So, my best friend was showing me Sally’s design in the Archie comics and I was pretty... disgusted. The way she was drawn was very over sexualised. It wouldn’t be too much of a problem if she was older but she’s a minor. When I first saw her, I thought she was an adult until my friend informed me that she’s only 16. Also, we found it interesting that Sonic has a completely different and un-sexualised body type while Sally has the opposite. Kinda interesting and pretty upsetting seeing the sexualisation of minors...
So, I wanted to redesign her. I really like her vest and her new outfit, so I decided to combine the two. She has a more rectangular body type, kinda similar to Sonic and some of the other girl characters. I hope you guys like my redesign!
Also, I’m getting more into Sonic now. I really wanna read the IDW comics, especially the Tangle and Whisper ones, they look awesome!

And that's awesome you're getting more into Sonic, IDW comics would be a cool place to start!! Tangle and Whisper even more so since they're the newer characters that you can just start from their own mini series or learn about them from the normal IDW series.
