This is just beautiful! The shading is amazing, and the anatomy is spot on! I love the colour contrast with the red bow-tie, the Cutie Mark and blood on the cuffs, shirt and skirt! This is an amazing piece and you shall be receiving some fan-art!

Solaris opens the door. "Slendermare, I have great news."
"What is it papa?"
"Apparently, a few explorers down in the crystal caves came across a strange coffin."
"And that's great why?" Slendermare arched an eyebrow.
"Inside we found a little alicorn colt."
"An alicorn!" Slendermare perked up. "I thought you and Uncle were the last."
"Apparently not." Solaris smiled. "So, seeing as your a being of darkness and usually scare the daylights out of anypony, I thought you'd be the best one to babysit."
"Papa, that's cruel." Slendermare giggled behind a hoof.
"Oh, and you have to take care of your niece, Bluebelle too." Solaris hastily said.
"But she's so spoiled and snooty." Slendermare crossed her forehooves. "Why can't I just eat her and be done with it?"
"Slendermare, how many times must I explain it to you." He harshly glared at his adoptive daughter. "We do not eat ponies."
"Yes, papa." Slendermare's head drooped.
"Besides, you're both mares," He stated. "Maybe you could teach her to be a proper lady."
They both stared at each other, before bursting out into laughter. "Good one papa." She held her sides, rolling on the ground.
"I do try."
