How far along are you? You have your characters designed yet? I'd be glad to exchange ideas. Personally, I like to establish the heel first, then bring someone in that can "save" the day from the villain who has proven their threat.

The plot is about a inspiring wrestler who out to seek revenge on the people who destroy his brother’s pro wrestling and end up drawing the attention of one of the baddest heels in the business, King of Hearts (my take on Triple H) and the protagonist name is Bobby Plex

That's the best era of wrestling! I'd say say watch and study material from that time period, pick a particular show or ppv to inspire the atmosphere. I try to make WME like 90's Monday Night RAW (except with an all female roster) so I watch lots of 90's RAW material and go from there.
