I did update it with some suggestions from a friend (And a bug for my nephew lol) so the foreground pops a bit more and the eyes glow more

The bug was a good addition in this place It makes a right balance of dark color to the left side of the picture. You could also think about adding some more sollid dark color to the upper right corner. Maybe some more lianes hanging from the trees. I like the mood already

I totally love this tutorial, but I really need to get photoshop for that brushes (especially the custom ones). trying to imitate them with sai is a pain in the ass -.-
If I only had money *sigh*

In Photoshop you can make custom brushes that give so many great textures. I don't know Sai but I thought it also has interesting brushes and painting modes.

sai is pretty good already but its custom brushes are just ...not that good.
or maybe I don't know how to work with them correctly.
