Yes, it was design based on Naruto style but I drew this long time ago.

Btw, she looks like a good match to that other character with his dog, lol, the one that Naruto "accidentally" farts in his face, LOOL, that was good, still haven't forgotten that one, to me, I don't see that as "accident", that was on purpose in my viewpoint, LOL. That was good.

the style kinda reminds me of Masami Obari's 90's style, only the face isn't quite as angled~still think it's awesome/\_/\
