Description So, here's Jason Isaacs as Lucius Malfoy

I'm really happy with this portrait, since I drew it completely free-hand I generally measure everything out, and look very carefully at proportions, but this time I just went w/ what I saw

Lool Thanks for the It's very much appreciated As for the materials, I do most of my work on the computer, in Photoshop CS and a Wacom 9x12 tablet

In the original photo it had greenish eyes - I think the eyes might have been lapizlazuli (sp?!). While the button that adorned the upper part of the vest was a deep red. It seemed to match better if I made those two accessories the same colour. I know that red and gold are the colours of Griffindor and green and silver the colours of Slytherin, but somehow red seemed to do a better job than green It's simply artistic

Hehehe Thank you Since I don't have a lot of experience drawing old characters, I'll attempt to draw Dumbledore. It should be a good exercise.

Thank you, it is greatly appreciated I really wanted to capture his character as it is in Harry Potter. I love Jason Isaacs, I think he's a great actor, and in life, the most charming gentleman I've also learned a lot w/ this piece, so I am hoping to take my lessons to the next drawing I will eb doing and making that even better
