If you want the picture without these effects, let me know!
PS: I've modified a few things in her design to add a more "official sonic character-like" atmosphere to her.

Thanks so much for the critique! The blue strip of light is not part of her powers-- it's an anamorphic flare. Commonly used in movies and sci-fi video games, it's supposed to simulate the use of a camera with anamorphic lens.
