Another possible future OC for Stephen King's The Shining.

This is Janie Torrance, the daughter of Jack and Wendy, and older sister of Danny. She and her family are invited to live in the Overlook Hotel when her father, Jack, is hired as the winter caretaker until May 1st (Janie’s upcoming 16th birthday). At first, Janie is excited about this, as she's had a close relationship with her father since she was young. But after a month passes, strange things begin to occur; Danny has terrifying visions of the hotel, and Jack suddenly goes psychotic with cabin fever, and is convinced by the ghosts who haunt the hotel to "correct" his family - in other words, kill them.
