I seriously think it takes me much, much longer to think of what to draw rather than drawing it itself. BLARGH. My brain sucks.

This is wonderful .. how did you get the 'glowy' effect on the lines? I've been trying to do that on my cg pictures to no avail.

keep your lineart on a different layer and when you're ready, duplicate that layer and then use gaussian blur on it and then you'll have the nice effect, ^^

I love the lost expression on the reaper's face and the feathers. The lighting is really nice too.

I like it overall, but the feet seem just a bit off....for some reason I can't put my finger on right now. Maybe its the distance apart or something......they don't seem quite attatched to the boy's body. But that's just me

nope, feathers are custom brushes, ^^ i'm much too lazy to draw pretty feathers by hand. i think i only drew 3 feathers on this by myself, lol.

Actually, I think it's a welcome change from the standard way this figure is usually portrayed. The expression alone is well worth the drawing, but the entire design (including the falling out-of-focus "feathers") is grand!
