AHHHHHHHHH! Finally got it done
So lots of complication. First off, the keyboard stopped working. My fiance first thought the keyboard broke and it turned out it was a corrupted keyboard file on windows so we had to reinstall -___- Then I had to reinstall CS2 and thank GOD I didn't lose my PSD for this. I would have cried so hard.
You'll probably think this is familiar, but this is just Neo Queen Serenity with the others added. I just liked her sketch the most so I had her alone for a while ^_^ Now onto kicking my ass

Basically, no, she wasn't in the anime at all. In a way it's very incorrect for me to draw her in the Serenity costume at all, but hey, artistic license.

sailor moon had blonde hair
sailor mini moon had pink hair
and sailor cosmos had dark pink hair
where they got their hair colors i'll have no clue XD

I always wondered that. Not only that, but you look at Usagi's "parents" who had blue/black hair and brown yet magically conceived a blonde haired girl. You'd think that she'd look at them and think she's adopted...

In the series it's said that she was born from within the moon kingdom but after the war, the late Serenity at the time made sure that Serena/Usagi and Darien/Mamoru were reincarnated on planet earth to have a chance at being together instead of star crossed lovers as her dying wish
