Gorgeous! <333 I love Anzu to pieces and she IS my favorite Yuugiou female character. You drew her very well and the colors you used are absolutely stunning. The water looks realistic and the composition is nice. You pay attention to details, and it works very well for this particular picture. Again, I adore the way Anzu turned out, especially with her holding her cute little pink flip flops. Excellent job, this is definitely getting "fav-ed".

the water? i used several shades of blue on coloring the water, then blended a lil bllue oil pastel in, then for the reflection, i used oil pastels
