What a fitting tribute to an amazing performer. Wonderful shading, such smooth details. Falco would give everyone today a run for their money. I could imagine Junge Roemer live today, or better yet, Wiener Blut!

da hast du recht, hatte auch irgendwie angenommen dass er bekannter ist, aufgrund der lieder, aber da hab ich mich wohl geirrt ^^ (wenn man so die comments der nicht deutschsprachler hier betrachtet... :B)
wird ausserdem mal zeit dass die hier ne comment-bearbeitungs-funktion einführen. wäre seeehr praktisch im bezug auf rechtschreibfehler @ out of the darK ... peinlich xD

When I checked my deviations today this piece of you really grabbed me. Even in the thumbnail I could see the intriguing expression on the man's face. The painting technique in combination with the overlayed texture is just gorgeous, and really adds to the feeling of the painting. A truly beautiful portrait!
