Description
One of Velkens developing moves. He takes the power he stored with his Lightning Rod ability and creates a clone of electricity of himself through his hat. Follows him and attacks exactly like him...like a Shadow doppelganger from Ninja Gaiden.lol. When defeated, it causes thunder to drop on the one that destroyed it.Related content
