Description
A loud thud and a sharp pain awoke Silvia from a restless sleep. She was on the floor beside her bed, blindingly bright light poured through the window and she felt a throbbing headache hammering away at her senses. She tried to get to her feet to stagger over to the window but she wobbled and fell back to her knees. Something just didn't feel right. Silvia blinked in confusion, the night before slowly drifting back into focus.

She had been camping in the woods with friends, and then. Her thoughts drifted away as she shook her head, her ears flopping as she did. The camp, there had been her friends and... there was someone else. A man, he brought wine and was playing music but there was something wrong. She couldn't remember what was wrong but as she tried to get back to her feet a second time she saw something that reminded her. From the waist down she had the legs of a deer, digitigrade joints, cloven hooves, fur, a ... tail, just like the strange man.

They had all been freaked out at first by the half man half deer, but the music had been as heady as the wine and something about it had them singing along. She was aware on some level that she was changing into, something. She knew that whatever the strange forest creature was, he was changing them to be like him. It had felt so wild, so freeing. She drank so much, they all did, dancing into the twilight of dawn.

Somehow she had ended up back in her bedroom, her shoes were in the corner sporting large holes where her hooves had ripped through. Her shirt was nowhere to be found, her pans torn up in more than a few places. There were still gaps in her memory of what happened, and she still had to figure out how to balance on her new hooves, but Silvia did remember one thing, it had been a wild night.
