And here is Transformers: Animated Bumblebee. I used the same technique uses and I think I might be getting the hand of it. I also put a little something new in it for the highlights.YELLOW. Y U NO GET HIGHLIGHTS?
The background? I had no clue how to make a better background, but the airbrush around Bumblebee looks pretty good to me. I'll probably use it on my other practice busts.

What do you mean about yellow not getting highlights? I normally use a really pale-yellow/white for mine, not sure if it's the sort of thing you would be looking for here but here is an example of where I've used it: 1forsorrow2forjoy.deviantart.cβ¦

Apparently, when IΒ set a layer as soft lightΒ in CS6, any bright colors like yellow won't highlight. It's kind of weird.

Oooh I'm not sure when it comes to pre set layers and such, I just leave my layers as blank for the time being until I work out what they all do XD I don't even multiply for the shadows. I solely rely on the colour wheel/ palate to find the colours that I right-Β it may take me a bit longer to do this, but it's a learning experience to say the least XD
