This is the transformable Brave Gohkin, yes.
As for getting one cheap? I'm afraid you're out of luck here. This is a fairly old figure that at it's release in 2006 would set you back nearly Β£160. I think your best chance at getting one now is eBay. There are a few on there right now for Β£173 with free shipping. However, be aware that those might be the inferior V.1 releases, which are notorious for breaking at the knees and doesn't come with some parts that the V.2 release later included.

That's a v.1. The v.2s of GaoGaiGar, Star GaoGaiGar and GaoFighGar all added a set of hands with articulated fingers.
The one thing about GaoFighGar is that neither the v.1 nor the v.2 release has the reinforced die-cast knees, so they're somewhat prone to breaking. It's not a huge deal when transforming or displaying, just as long as you make sure to push GaoFar's legs out from the Drill Gao 2 components instead of pulling.

Not sure if I would call it lucky. But it's certainly a good price for an older Brave Gohkin. Although it's most likely since the v.2 has lessened the demand for the v.1.

well when I get the money I can buy it, there is one for Β£50 but no box and I kinda need the box, I got space only for the toy and the box and no other countaners for the small parts

This is the Brave Gohkin by CM's Corp, the Max Gohkin is more poseable but cannot separate (and it's probably less fragile)

Nice picture! I've got it too, but a leg of Gaigar suddenly broken when I transform it: too much weight for a small plastic swivel!!! I replaced it with a metal one...
