Description
Real Name: NerdGirl, but my friends call me N.G.
Alter-ego/Identity: None. Mom says they're too overrated.
Species: Human, duh!
Age: 17
Occupation: Student
Residence: Queens. Mom won't let me say where exactly, so if anyone asks, I direct them to my dad's comic book store.
Affiliates: None, but my mom used to have a Turtle Posse.
Brief Biography: My mom is noted superhero Lady Turtle, while my dad is a deadbeat comic book store owner named Dave. I learned to fly from watching Mom, and I learned to read from Dad's comic collection. The stretching I figured out on my own.
Personality:
- Likes/dislikes: Star Wars, Star Trek (Kirk over Picard), DC and Marvel, Dungeons & Dragons, Trading card games
- Beliefs and goals: To make it through high school in one piece. (Don't we all?)
- Quirks/hobbies/other identifiers: Asthma (Where's my inhaler?), Large specs (I can't see without 'em), Weird boots with toe holes (Apparently I have fallen arches), Occasional verbal tic (glavin)
- If I were in a Scooby Doo-type gang, I'd probably be the Velma.
Skills: I'm very knowledgeable in all things pop culture. Academically speaking, I know π up to 20 decimal places (It's 6). Plus, I've had my fair share of nabbing villains and saving people–unless I'm beaten to it by a more experienced Super or the guy in question doesn't want to be saved.
Powers: Flying and stretching. Lots of stretching, with the bending and the squishing and the flattening–oy. Sometimes Dad uses me as a trampoline, because all we have is a steel frame. Mom can't do any of that: she retracts. Why else is her name Lady Turtle?
- Source of powers: There's a source?
- Notable weaknesses: Jocks, with the slugging and the trashing and the locker-stuffing-bleven (Even those who don't beat up girls have exceptions!); Gym class (Apparently stretching cancels out strength); and I might have an allergy or two...
