Late reply is late, but actually, it doesn't. The spinosaurus wasn't capable of rotating its hands, so they were always positioned as if about to clap, and thus, walking on all fours might be an interesting concept, but it would have been impossible for this species. It could have rested on the sides of its palms or used its front legs to push itself back up into a standing position, though.
