Description
Based on a couple of Dragon Quest comics I've read in the past. The hero does always seem to be quite air headed, so I wanted to include that. The tone is kind of meant to be sexy/funny, so hopefully that's come off here. Just like her clothes at some point I'm sure. I know I shouldn’t have attacked that wizard on the way into town, his magic level was like what? Twenty? Twenty five? And I was a level one newbie who got a little carried away. Maybe he saw that in me when he decided not to kill me. He said something like ‘carry this curse, it is a heavier weight than the doors of death.’ He sounded crazy, but his weird magic sure did do something to me. I went from scrawny weakling into a buxom babe in a couple seconds! I hadn’t expected to get turned into anything for ages, like after the first mission at least, not on the way to town, but it was pretty exciting all the same. I headed into town, assuming I could buy a potion or a salve at least that could turn me back. Get pointed in the right direction of a nicer wizard that I hadn’t angered by attacking to steal his magic stones.

I was getting a lot of attention from the guys in the street. My clothes weren’t really big enough for my new body, but I didn’t have any gold to pay for new ones even if I wanted to get changed! I needed a quest for that. But first, the potion, no sense getting girl clothes only to turn back a little later!

The guy in the store didn’t know of a gender change potion, and asked why I would even want to change back. He even offered me some gold to join him for the night, probably just to work in the store or something. I promised I’d think about it, and moved onto the next place, where the guy was just as friendly, but with no help still. I loved the town, everyone was so nice. When I asked where the nearest wizard or witch was, he again tried to stop me. Maybe they were all wanting to be girls, and were jealous that I had the chance to. Whatever, I promised I’d come back to see him too, he even gave me a map of the place to make sure I came back. So cute of him!

The wizard’s place was down by the shore, a little way out of town, but I found it easy enough. This was the friendliest guy of all, but still couldn’t help me. But he did offer to give me an examination to make sure that I hadn’t been turned into anything else secretly. I hadn’t even had the chance to check if I was a proper girl, so took him up on his offer. Boy, it sure took a while, and it felt so strange when he was touching me. But it felt good too, and he seemed to be enjoying himself, so I just let him do what he wanted. By the end he seemed real tired, all red faced, so I just put on my clothes and headed back to town. I had to promise him I’d come back too. He said he had a bunch of spells that could make me feel even better. I wanted to try them so I wrote that down on the map. But with no potion to change back, I was going to have to move onto the next town, and that meant gold, and that meant quests!

The best place to get quests in whatever town you’re in, is to head for the inn. But I couldn’t go on a quest alone, whilst the wizard had showered me in what he promised were experience points, I was still just a lowly level one. With the help of some more experienced warriors, I would level up in no time. So I walked into the inn, to find the place completely silent. They all looked very happy to see me! Some looked just as happy as the wizard, they must have been envious of my clothes because they were really focusing on my chest.

“I’m looking for a quest party to join,” I smiled nicely, being as polite as I could be. Then the most powerful guys in the place spoke over the others, and offered me a position in their team! I couldn’t believe it, I must have had something special about me.

“Two special things,” one of them laughed. “Don’t worry, we’ll keep you in good hands.”

I was going to love being an adventurer, I knew it.
