How about a wish to be able to make changes to people's body and mind as you see fit? You could first change your friend and then build a harem.
A wish to be able to live without having to worry about money (trophy wife tf)
A wish to be famous and loved by everybody (actress/porn star tf)
A wish to go to a game fantasy world (as a monster girl)
A wish to be a hero (magical girl)
A wish for immortality (vampire lady)
A wish to become a god (mother earth style goddess)
