Actually, from the looks of the comments, nobody else has said what I have. They said that Charlene was the base for Brittany, which she is, not that the character in your drawing isn't actually Charlene, but IS Brittany. Charlene looks completely different.
I know you don't care, I just thought I'd clarify so you know I'm not just restating what everyone else has said.
