am i the only one who gets frozen when attempting to talk? like i try to interject or join in on a conversation , i can't get my words out! i can't seem to get my point across in a verbal conversation.
most of the time , i only get the really philosophical trains of though going when it's close to the time im supposed to go to bed. like the lastest thought was " why should i bother going out & getting close with someone when there's the risk that im just gonna get emotionally hurt again?" .
why put in the effort of going out and making friends when the risk of exclusion , getting overall ignored and metaphorically getting stabbed in the back is looming over me !?
